About the Role
L.E.K. Consulting is looking for a Manager to join its U.S. Healthcare Services practice, based out of the Boston office. Healthcare is L.E.K.’s largest industry sector, and the firm has picked up awards like Healthcare Sector Advisor of the Year and M&A Advisor of the Year for the work it does with providers, payers, healthcare IT companies, biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics organizations.
In this role, you’ll run multiple client engagements at once, working directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project goals, build the analytical approach, and keep everything on schedule. You’ll take messy, complex problems around growth strategy, commercial strategy, diligence, and transactions, and turn them into clear workstreams your team can actually execute.
You’ll also coach and develop your team members, help win new business through proposals and market perspectives, and contribute to bigger practice-building work like recruiting and thought leadership. If you’ve got 6 or more years in strategy consulting, an advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MPH, or PhD, and real experience with healthcare services clients, this is built for you.
The role runs on L.E.K.’s hybrid schedule for U.S. offices, so you’ll be in your home office Tuesday through Thursday, plus the first Friday of each month. It’s a rhythm that keeps teams connected without pulling you into the office five days a week.
