Quality technician jobs with H-1B sponsorship on the table don’t turn up every day, and this one comes from a company that’s been doing precision manufacturing for years. You’ll spend your days inspecting parts, tracking down root causes, and keeping a whole quality system running smoothly — and Technique will back your visa the whole way.

About the Role

Technique Inc needs a Quality Technician at its Jackson, Michigan facility, reporting straight to the Quality Manager. You’ll inspect and measure parts against engineering specs, keep detailed quality records, and help decide what happens to product that doesn’t pass muster. It’s hands-on work, not just paperwork.

On top of daily inspections, you’ll build out procedures that keep the whole quality system compliant, and you’ll get pulled into continuous improvement projects where your input actually shapes how things run. You’ll also work directly with customers and vendors alongside the account managers and purchasing team whenever a quality issue pops up.

If you’ve got three to five years of hands-on quality control under your belt, this is squarely your lane. Technique wants someone comfortable running PolyWorks laser inspection, CMM software, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators — plus a working knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9000 environments.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position built around a minimum 40-hour week, with overtime kicking in as production demands. Hours and days can shift, so flexibility matters more than a fixed 9-to-5 mindset here.

Technique is a Michigan-based precision sheet metal and welded assemblies manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, automotive, motorsports, medical, and food processing clients. They specialize in fast-turn prototypes and low-volume production runs, and they lean hard on a culture built around safety, integrity, and teamwork.
