About the Role

This is a hands-on industrial position rather than a basic building-maintenance role. You’ll work around automated processing and packaging machinery, motors, control systems and other production equipment. You’ll also work closely with mechanical and production teams to keep the plant operating efficiently.

The advertised base rate is AUD $58–$63 per hour, depending on experience, with penalty rates and plenty of overtime available. The employer is also offering $5,000 relocation assistance. Primary Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance on automated production equipment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Maintenance or Industrial Electrician
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or relevant qualification
  • NSW Electrical Licence, or ability to obtain the required licence
  • Experience in FMCG, food processing or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with automated production or packaging equipment
  • Good understanding of industrial electrical systems
  • Safety-focused and comfortable working in a production environment

Shift Pattern
