About the Role

Operose Health is hiring an experienced GP for The Practice in Old Hill, right in Cradley Heath, West Midlands. You need at least 1 to 2 years’ experience under your belt, current GMC registration, and a spot on the NHS Performers List. If you’ve done at least 12 months of regular clinical work recently, you’re exactly who they want.

Your week runs across 7 sessions, mixing in-person consultations, video appointments, telephone triage, medication reviews, prescription signing, home visits, and on-call cover (out-of-hours excluded). It’s a full plate, but it’s the kind of varied general practice work that keeps the job interesting instead of repetitive.

Pay starts at up to £112,500 a year depending on your experience, and newly qualified GPs get £11,000 per session instead. On top of that, you get full indemnity cover, six weeks of annual leave, and a week of study leave pro rata.

Operose Health will back your Skilled Worker visa application too, subject to GMC approval and your spot on the Performers List. They’ll also fund SPIN fellowship applications and support you financially and practically if you want to become an F2 supervisor or GP trainer down the line.
