About the Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, skilled and person-centred nursing care
- Assess patients and identify their care needs

Qualifications
- Current NMC UK registration as a First Level Registered Nurse or equivalent

- Good workload management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good IT skills, including electronic records and digital systems
