About the Role

Their warehouse sits right at the centre of the business, supplying and stocking their own stores so shelves never run empty. You’ll be one of the people who makes that happen every single day.

This isn’t just moving boxes around. You’ll pick and prepare stock that goes straight onto store shelves, using a hand-held scanner to pull exact orders for each shop. Get it right, and customers find what they need. Get it wrong, and a shelf sits empty — that’s how directly your work counts here.

Never worked in a warehouse before? That’s fine. Saffron Group puts every new starter through full, paid training from day one, so you learn the scanners, the packing standards, and the safety rules on the clock, not on your own time.

Pay runs up to £12.90 an hour, and your week tops out at 47.5 hours, so you know roughly what’s landing in your account before you even start. It’s a permanent, full-time role, and it’s fully on-site in Leicester — no remote option here, but that’s normal for warehouse work.
