Exodontist
Specialist role with Western Dental & Orthodontics, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Exodontist jobs in Colorado Springs are paying up to $590,000 a year right now, and Western Dental & Orthodontics is backing the role with H-1B, OPT and TN sponsorship for the right candidate.
About the Role
Western Dental & Orthodontics is one of the biggest names in oral healthcare in the country, running more than 350 offices across California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Alabama, staffed by over 1,200 dentists. They call themselves a Dental Home, meaning patients come back for everything from general dentistry to orthodontics, oral surgery and pediatric care, all under one roof.
As their Exodontist in Colorado Springs, you’ll spend your day pulling teeth, treating patients who need extractions and walking them through what comes before and after the procedure. You won’t be doing this in a quiet, half-empty office either. Western Dental keeps a consistently full patient schedule, so your calendar stays busy and your production stays high.
You won’t be flying solo. Corporate teams handle billing, quality management, procurement, HR and IT, so you’re not stuck doing paperwork between patients. Clinical and operational managers build your schedule for you, freeing you up to actually focus on treatment instead of admin work.
Expect to travel between a few dental practices in the area, and to work closely with general dentists and other specialists so every patient gets the right treatment plan, not just the easiest one.
