Live-In Caregiver – Full-Time | Visa Sponsorship Available for International Candidates | United States

About GracePath Healthcare

At GracePath Healthcare, we do more than fill shifts we build relationships. Our mission has always centered on one simple belief: every person deserves to age or recover with dignity, comfort, and genuine human connection. We work with elderly and disabled individuals across the United States, placing skilled, compassionate caregivers directly into their homes so they can continue living life on their own terms.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who truly care not just about doing the job, but about the person behind it. If you have a warm heart, steady hands, and the kind of patience that comes from genuinely wanting to help, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We are actively recruiting experienced Live-In Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home support to elderly and disabled clients. This is a full-time, residential position, meaning you’ll live in the client’s home and be their primary source of daily care and companionship.

This is also a rare opportunity for qualified international candidates to secure employment in the United States through our fully supported Work Visa Sponsorship program. We handle the process alongside you you won’t be navigating it alone.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

No two days as a live-in caregiver look exactly the same, and that’s part of what makes this work so meaningful. Your responsibilities will generally include:

  • Providing personal, hands-on care tailored specifically to each client’s needs, preferences, and care plan — this includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administering medications on schedule and monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature in line with care plan instructions
  • Preparing nutritious meals that align with the client’s dietary requirements and, where needed, assisting with feeding
  • Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home, including the use of assistive devices such as walkers and wheelchairs
  • Accompanying clients to doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, and social outings to keep them connected and engaged
  • Performing light household duties laundry, dishwashing, tidying up  so that the living environment stays clean, safe, and comfortable
  • Keeping thorough and accurate daily care records and promptly reporting any noticeable changes in the client’s physical or emotional health to your supervising coordinator
  • Providing genuine companionship conversation, activities, and presence that helps combat the isolation many elderly or disabled individuals experience
  • Responding calmly and decisively in the event of a medical emergency or unexpected health change, following established protocols

You’ll be providing around-the-clock on-site care, though your contract will clearly outline your designated sleep hours and scheduled breaks. This is not a role where you’re “always on” without rest your well-being matters to us too.
