About the Role

This is an ongoing full-time Classroom Teacher position at Broadmeadows Special Developmental School in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The school operates across two nearby campuses, with the main campus on Dimboola Road and another campus on Sorrento Street.

Teachers also take part in weekly case conferences with allocated Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver learning programs for students

Qualifications

  • Current provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching, or eligibility for registration

  • Experience monitoring and assessing student learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
