Visa Sponsorship & Relocation
Visa sponsorship is advertised as a benefit for this electrician position. However, the available job information does not specify a particular visa subclass or guarantee sponsorship for every international applicant.
If you’re outside Australia, make your work-authorisation situation clear when applying. Ask the employer which sponsorship pathway is available for the position, whether they can sponsor an offshore applicant and what electrical registration requirements you must satisfy before starting work.
South Australian electrical registration is listed as an essential requirement, so overseas electricians should also check how their existing qualifications and licence can be recognised in South Australia before making relocation plans.
Who This Job Suits
This role is a strong fit for an electrician who already has practical post-apprenticeship experience and wants more variety in their work. It’s particularly relevant if you’ve worked with temporary power, event installations, switchboards, electrical maintenance or fault finding.
Your CV should clearly show your electrical qualification, current registration, years of experience, driver’s licence and the types of systems you’ve worked on. If you’ve worked on festivals, concerts, sporting events or temporary power installations, highlight those projects rather than burying them in a long list of duties.
International applicants should also clearly state their current location and work-authorisation status. If you need sponsorship, say so professionally and ask the employer to confirm whether the advertised sponsorship applies to your circumstances.
How to Apply
Boltz Electrical asks interested electricians to send a resume and cover letter explaining their relevant experience. The listed application email is gm@boltz.com.au.
Your cover letter should briefly explain your electrical background, post-apprenticeship experience, current registration, experience with temporary power or event work, and availability. If you’re seeking visa sponsorship, mention this clearly and ask the employer to confirm the available pathway.
Application email: gm@boltz.com.au
Important: Before sending documents or making relocation plans, confirm that the vacancy is still open, that you meet South Australian electrical registration requirements, and that the advertised visa sponsorship is available for your situation.
