Sample hours run mornings from 5:30 to 8:30 AM and afternoons from 3:00 to 6:30 PM, with extra evening and weekend trips for sports teams and events layered on top when they come up.
Every driver here is treated as a trusted part of the school community, not just someone behind the wheel. You’ll handle daily safety checks, keep the vehicle clean, and report any incidents straight to your supervisor.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide safe transport to school, field trips, sports events and other activities - ✓
Transport sports teams to and from events in the afternoons and evenings - ✓
Move faculty and staff between campuses when needed - ✓
Follow all state and federal traffic laws while operating the vehicle - ✓
Assist passengers on and off the bus when necessary - ✓
Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks - ✓
Report student injuries, accidents or discipline issues promptly - ✓
Keep the vehicle clean and flag maintenance issues early
What You’ll Need

Two to four years of driving experience, and be 21 or older - ✓
Eligible immigration status: U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or H-2A/H-2B/E-2 visa holder - ✓
A valid Massachusetts driver’s licence held for at least three consecutive years - ✓
A CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, plus a valid school bus licence - ✓
A valid DOT medical card and current First Aid/CPR certification - ✓
Good communication skills and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends
