This particular post drops you into ESA/ESTEC’s medical team, working closely with Michaela Stevenson and the wider consulting group. It’s a temporary contract with flexible full-time or part-time hours, and only one post is available, so it’s a tight, focused role rather than a big open-ended hire.

You won’t just be handing out plasters. The job blends hands-on clinical duties with serious data and records work, from digitising medical files to keeping several HR and medical systems accurate and current. If you’re comfortable switching between patient care and admin systems in the same afternoon, this role fits well.

Fluency in Dutch is required, since you’ll be handling confidential medical and HR data day to day, and communicating clearly with staff on-site matters just as much as clinical skill does.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ✓Support annual medical examinations and basic laboratory tests
• ✓Collect and prepare laboratory specimens accurately
• ✓Assist employees with minor ailments and first aid
• ✓Deliver basic life support, bandaging and minor ailment treatment
• ✓Report results from biological exams, ECGs, vision, hearing and lung function tests
• ✓Handle confidential HR data in line with applicable regulations
• ✓Digitise and maintain medical records
• ✓Update systems including SAP HR, Cority/Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and MS Access
